As Branch Manager for our Newman branch, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our team and ensuring seamless banking experiences across multiple channels.
What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
* Tuesday and Thursday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
* Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquiries & transactions.
Your Impact
As Branch Manager, you will:
* Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve individual and branch targets.
* Foster a culture where people are empowered to thrive and grow their careers.
* Build strong networks in your local community and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure exceptional service delivery across lending, deposits, and wealth management products.
* Drive continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and taking action.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Assist customers with general banking transactions and enquiries.
* Build meaningful connections face-to-face and through direct channels.
* Guide customers in using in-branch technology and digital banking options.
* Complete Financial Health Checks and process applications for relevant products.
* Motivate and mentor your team to deliver seamless customer experiences.
