About The Role
This role is flexibly deployed across AIS and CCS to meet operational demand.
* Deliver intensive community-based care for high-acuity consumers
* Support admissions, referrals and care coordination as clinically required
* Participate in service development, quality improvement and peer review

What We're Looking For
You are a capable clinician with strong assessment and decision-making skills.
* Experienced in acute mental health and/or AOD community settings
* Confident managing risk with support from Senior Clinicians
* Committed to recovery-oriented, culturally responsive practice
