With a strong community and family-focused culture, they're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Apprentice Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join their busy team and help maintain beautiful, safe outdoor spaces.

Driver's Licence preferred
Motivation to learn and take initiative
Genuine interest in gardening and outdoor maintenance
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
Working full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am to 3 : 30pm, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Mowing, brush cutting, hedge trimming and general garden care
Planting, weeding, mulching, and tree trimming
General property upkeep including basic plumbing and lighting fixes
Blower use, rubbish and green waste management
Renovation support and installing minor modifications like grab rails
Pathway and garden repairs, fertilising, spraying, and drainage maintenance
Supporting tradespeople and assisting with resident maintenance requests
As part of this apprenticeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens through off-the-job training at TAFE NSW Ourimbah Campus, over a 48-month period.
