In this
Senior Business Banking Manager-Broker
role, you will join the
Business Banking Team
that's doubling down on winning together.
Responsibilities
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business via your Broker network.
Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities.
Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans.
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
Qualifications
A genuine passion for customer service, which is demonstrated by consistently going above and beyond.
Strong Sales focus coupled with deep commercial acumen.
Can do attitude that thrives in a high pressure & fast paced environment.
Ability to apply creative out of the box solutions for problem solving.
Strong prior demonstrated experience within business and/or credit assessment.
Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of brokers and stakeholders internally and externally.
Business related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification.
A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
