The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity now available in our Dungog Norco AgriSolutions Retail Store for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised, self-starter to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
Your Day-to-day Activities Will Include
* Provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients and build business partnerships with our customer base through the provision of sound technical advice.
* Proactively source new customers to achieve branch KPI's and sales targets.
* Inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch.
* Processing of sales and generating quotes.
* Delivering products to customers
About You
You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with great customer service and sales experience. Able to meet deadlines whilst balancing a range of work and have a keen interest in an agricultural environment.
Skills and experience required
* Strong customer service and sales experience.
* Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable).
* Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry.
* Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy is an advantage.
* Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy skills including Microsoft office, POS and administration skills.
* Physically fit to perform the manual handling aspects of the role.
* A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
* Drivers licence essential.
* Forklift licence or willingness to get one.
