Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration: job ads, candidate screening logistics, interview scheduling, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
Prepare employment contracts, variations, and onboarding documentation.
Facilitate new starter onboarding: induction schedules, provisioning and probation tracking.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy (appointments, changes, leave, terminations).
Administer and manage HR mailbox
Coordinate employee engagement activities (surveys, recognition programs, events).
Support wellbeing, inclusion and diversity initiatives, and internal communications.
Administer training calendars, bookings, attendance tracking, and completions.
Maintain compliance training records and report on completion rates.
Support compliance activities, maintain registers including working with Children checks, certifications, licenses.
Prepare materials for audits and ensure confidentiality and secure recordkeeping.
Contribute to HR projects (HRIS enhancements, process improvements, engagement initiatives).
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience
Conduct all other duties as reasonably directed
