About The Role
We're searching high and low for a true 'people person' with a real passion for pub food and drinks.
Day in the Life of an F&B Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance a guest's day.
* Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you'll be on the front lines, upholding our high standards and creating a memorable experience.
* Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
* You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
* You're a team player motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
* You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
