We are currently recruiting for a market Operations Officer.
The position is accountable to the Market Operations Manager for the management and compliance of all Standing Data within the National Electricity Market (NEM) in accordance with the responsibilities of the Local Network Service Provider (LNSP) and Meter Data Provide (MDP) roles.
The position is also responsible for processing and resolving of Standing Data and Meter Data exceptions and the accurate closure of B2B and Connections Service Orders within regulated timeframes
Key Objectives
- Identify and resolve Standing Data and Metering Data related exceptions, ensuring the accurate and timely resolution in line with Manager or Subject Matter Expert direction
- Process meter and settlement data and ensure information is dispatched to relevant participants within regulated time frames
- Processing and closure of Retailer and SAPN generated service order requests
- Maintaining the accuracy of details for Life Support customers as required under the SA Distribution Code
- Management and resolution of Retailer enquiries/complaints promptly and accurately in line with Manager or Lead direction
