Construction Project Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality residential projects safely and efficiently.
About the Job:
This role involves overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a safety-first approach on site with up to 100 contractors
* Allocate materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of the project
* Ensure homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings
* Inspect completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship
* Liaise with customers and council as required to provide an excellent customer service experience
Requirements:
* A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management
* Experience in multi-residential living construction planning
* Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers
* Considerable knowledge of building methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to residential home construction
