About the Role
As an ICT Helpdesk Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for staff and external members needing ICT support. You'll provide level one and two helpdesk assistance, support application administration, and contribute to exciting projects. Your work will ensure our organisation runs smoothly and efficiently, making a tangible impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Record and prioritise ICT helpdesk tickets, including hardware/software installations, user administration, and network/PC requests.
Provide level one and two support for platforms such as Office365, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure/Entra, CoPilot, Adobe, Windows 11, and our Learning Management System.
Assess and resolve incidents, educating users to reduce recurring issues.
Assist with ICT hardware ordering, warranty management, and end-of-life disposal.
Update the ICT knowledge base and maintain records of known errors and fixes.
Contribute to the development and review of ICT systems, policies, and procedures.
Organise your workload to deliver responsive and effective client service.
Collaborate with the ICT team to meet deadlines and commitments.
Communicate clearly with staff and external users, providing updates and feedback.
Support a range of technical projects as required.

What We're Looking For
At least one year's experience in a similar ICT helpdesk role in a professional environment and/or in a school environment would be highly advantageous.
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline (desirable).
A responsive, customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
Strong technical and documentation skills.
Analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve problems quickly.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
