You'll play a key role in shaping our strategy, supporting leaders, and driving continuous improvement across the entire employee lifecycle.The position is full time Monday - Friday; however, we will offer flexibility in start and finish times for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the HR department and team of twoProvide HR advice to managers and senior leaders across the businessEnsure HR policies, processes, and records are compliant and up to dateSupport disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters with fairness and consistencyOversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding across all locationsManage workers' compensation claims, sponsorships, and apprenticeshipsContinuously improve HR systems and OH&S proceduresConduct payroll (as backup) when requiredTravel to our other WA store locations when requiredAbout YouTertiary qualification in Human Resources or related fieldSubstantial generalist HR experience 3-5 years (experience in SMEs highly desirable)Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and Modern AwardsSkilled at building relationships and influencing across all levels of an organisationDetail-oriented with a practical, solutions-focused approachRetail industry knowledge (highly advantageous)Experience in HRIS (Tanda) desirable, not essentialExperience in franchising (highly advantageous)Valid driver's licenceAt Motobility, we treat our team members with care and respect.
