The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will oversee an existing portfolio of customers in a face-to-face account management role. Your primary objective is to support small to medium-sized businesses in managing their online presence and growing their customer base through effective digital marketing strategies.
Our customers benefit from products such as Yellow Pages Online, SEO, SEM, Social Ads, Websites, Digital Display products & SaaS systems. The focus of this role is to maintain customer spend and utilise solution selling techniques to sell our award-winning Thryv SaaS products.
This position involves maintaining and growing a portfolio of SMB customers using solution selling techniques within marketing services. You will engage in daily face-to-face meetings with both existing and new clients, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain current customer portfolios, and upsell and cross-sell Thryv SaaS systems.
You will also be responsible for ensuring our customers purchase our award-winning Thryv SaaS systems, which help them manage their online presence, gain jobs, manage jobs, and receive credit for completed tasks.
