HR Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team. This role will suit someone who is eager to develop their business partnering skills in a high-performing, yet supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to HR Business Partners as they work closely with client groups to plan and deliver HR solutions that align people with the goals and objectives of the group.
* Manage routine staff movements such as terminations, parental leave, leave of absence, secondments, transfers etc.
* Provide general HR policy advice such as annual leave and parental leave.
* Support cyclical events such as remuneration, promotion, and talent reviews.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent.
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in a HR role ideally within a large corporate or professional services environment.
* Well-developed written communication and strong organisational skills.
* A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A can-do attitude and the ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks.
* A strong client service focus and commitment to upholding ethics and confidentiality.
