We're seeking a compassionate Residential Youth Worker to provide support and care to at-risk youth in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create a secure, supportive home for at-risk youth.
* Assist with daily living tasks to promote independence.
* Ensure young people attend school, appointments, and community activities.
* Promote skill development and socialization within the local community.
* Administer medications and maintain accurate reporting.
* Deliver trauma-informed care to support youth with complex behaviors.
* Participate in therapeutic practices, including the Trauma Recovery framework and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
What You Need:
* A Certificate IV in Youth Work or similar qualification.
* An Australian Drivers License (P2 or higher).
* A Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
* A Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
* Covid vaccinations including a booster.
* A minimum of 3 months paid experience as a Residential Youth Worker.
* The ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
