About the role
We have an opportunity for 18 Special Constables to be part of our Security Management Group, Counter Terrorism and Special Tactics Command. The Special Constable (Security) role provides a quality protective security service to selected NSWPF and external agency sites and facilities, ensuring an overall safe and secure working environment for personnel, property and information.
Successful applicants must have the physical ability and fitness to perform the inherent requirements for this role including maintaining firearms use as well as Defensive and Tactical training (DEFTAC). Applicants will be required to undergo and pass a medical assessment for health, physical ability and fitness prior to be made an offer of employment.
