About the Role
As Parts Manager, you will oversee the effective and efficient operation of the parts department. You'll lead a small team, manage stock, support the workshop, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, developing and motivating the parts team
* Delivering a premium customer experience across all channels
* Managing stock levels, ordering and inventory accuracy
* Interpreting parts correctly and supporting workshop productivity
* Ensuring departmental KPIs and financial targets are achieved
* Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams
* Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation and compliance
