Job Overview
A Work Based Learning Practitioner is required to assess qualifications in Electrical Engineering and provide coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of learners and facilitate enrollment in suitable courses.
* Undertake training needs analysis and deliver underpinning knowledge sessions to learners.
Key Requirements:
* A professionally relevant qualification at minimum level 3 or equivalent.
* Possess an assessor's qualification (TAQA) and quality assurance qualification (currently TAQA Unit 401).
* Level 2 English and maths qualifications (or equivalent) at grade C or above and digital literacy level 2 qualification.
* Experience of liaising with external managers in industry and commitment to maintaining and developing quality standards in education.
* Competent in digital technologies tools and applications.
