The Role
This is a pure new business role, reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, who understands sales and will support you. Your mission:
* Win new clients and secure preferred panel status
* Sell both permanent recruitment and temp/contract staffing solutions
* Build long-term partnerships with aged care and healthcare providers
* Provide insights to help us improve, grow, and stay ahead
You’ll earn a base salary of $90k–$120k + super, with uncapped bonuses for new client wins. Your success will directly influence our growth and your earning potential. You will work alongside:
