About the roleDue to it's growth in the Facade Engineering markets, it is seeking the services of a Senior Facade Engineer / Design Practitioner NSW (Facades) to support its projects.
You will take ownership of projects, working from design through to the construction, you will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders internally and externally, working and consulting with clients directly for project delivery.
You will be given the opportunity to manage and grow a Facade team. You will be rewarded with profit share based on KPI's.
About the candidate
Ideally you will have:
* Ideally upwards of 6-7 years of Facade Engineering experience but not essential if holding Design Practitioner NSW accreditation
* Extensive experience working on Facade Engineering projects
* Excellent design skills
* An industry related qualification
* Strong work ethic and a hunger for personal development
* Team player, adaptable and flexible
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
