Job Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of the branch and customer service, you will be responsible for assisting customers with transactions, educating them about our online platforms, and recommending products and services that best suit their needs.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Kyneton. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has experience in a customer service environment, and is confident in communicating with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude
* Assist customers with transactions, educate them about our online platforms, and recommend products and services that best suit their needs
* Process transactions, handle cash, investigate queries or assist with paperwork while keeping risk considerations at the forefront
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
* Build relationships by supporting customers, giving back to the community, and having a bit of fun along the way
