**Description**
If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We're looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
**About the role**
- Be a strategic member of the Solis Security team, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define marketing goals and objectives aligned with business objectives.
- Develop strategies and tactics to increase company visibility and drive qualified traffic, focusing on campaigns that deliver growth in the portfolio.
- Deploy and manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across various channels, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and portfolio expansion.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, webinars, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, and presentations.
- Manage the company's local online presence, including local social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
**About you**
- A degree in marketing or proven experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing techniques, including direct marketing, digital marketing, and social media
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Proficient in conducting SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and translating findings into actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite is preferable.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and within a team.
- Highly efficient, organised, and effective time management skills.
- A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for writing customer centric copy.
- The ability to build great relationships.
