Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Join Mission Australia Housing (MAH) as an Operations Support Officer and play a vital role in delivering high-quality housing services that support individuals and communities to thrive.
Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Officer, you will be a key contributor across allocations, tenancy management, and maintenance services. You'll support teams, engage with tenants, and ensure administrative excellence—helping deliver a seamless and client-focused housing experience.
* Provide flexible operations support, including backfilling roles and assisting team leaders
* Deliver accurate and timely service across phone, face-to-face and digital channels
* Contribute to reporting, analysis, tenant engagement activities
* Coordinate property offers, allocations and viewings and support applicants through the housing process and connect them to support services
* Support housing, asset and community development teams
* Support strategies that connect tenants with additional services
Requirements for Success
* Strong administration, organisation and time management skills
* Confidence using databases and digital systems
* Experience in housing, community services or property management desirable
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to confidentiality
* A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable communities
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, and WWCC.
