Store Leadership Opportunity
At our retail locations, we are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales success.
This leadership role will oversee daily store operations, including stock control, staff scheduling, and customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will work closely with the wider team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive store environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and motivating team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
* Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
* Managing retail operations, including stock control, store policies, and procedures.
* Delivering memorable customer experiences and exceptional product knowledge.
For this role, we are looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of achieving strong results in a KPI-driven environment. Previous leadership experience in retail is preferred, but not essential. If you have excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills, we encourage you to apply.
