Exciting opportunity near Perth City for an experienced site manager, working with a small growing group who specialises in unique builds.
Operating nearly 20 years this company has on going high end commercial projects coming up.
Your new company
Known for constructing unique, sustainable, high-end architecturally designed developments, this company specialises in commercial and high end residential accommodation. if you have experience of building unique commercial or residential projects, this might be for you.
Your new role
* As the site manager, your role will be to manage end-to-end construction of 20+ apartments, over 4 storeys, including a basement and car parking facilities
* Overseeing the entire project and day-to-day activities
* Managing subcontractors, planning, H&S
* Working with the project director and internal senior staff to ensure the project is on time and on budget
* Must have 10+ years experience in construction management & preferably apartment building experience
What you'll need to succeed
* As this project is $10M+ in value you will need to have at least 10 years' management experience in projects $5M+
* Have full working rights with no limitations
* Have similar experience building apartments, high end residential accommodation or student accommodation
