About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our Community Support team. This role ensures technology enables and enhances our organisation's strategic objectives and facilitates all users achieving their operational priorities.
The Digital Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for supporting and developing systems, maintaining and developing internal IT infrastructures, and coordinating and providing IT support directly to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing computer systems and networks
* Maintaining and developing internal IT infrastructures
* Coordinating and providing IT support
* Experience with Office 365 & SharePoint
* Knowledge of landline phone hardware and software
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Muti-tasking and time management skills
