Overview
Pragma is seeking a highly skilled Signage Vinyl Graphics & Digital Print Operator (wide format) to join our dynamic team in Mulgrave, VIC. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in the production and manufacturing of high-quality signage and graphics using the latest wide-format printing technology.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain wide-format digital printer and laminator equipment to produce a variety of signage and other large-format graphics
- Prepare digital files for printing, including colour management, resizing and layout
- Perform vinyl cutting, weeding, and application for signage and graphics
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and client specifications
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise workflows
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Manage and reorder print and vinyl stock
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating wide-format digital printers and vinyl cutters
- Proficient in the use of popular design and print production software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
- High organisational skills and capable of handling multiple jobs at the same time
