IMB Bank is seeking a skilled People Systems & Reporting Specialistto take ownership of our Dayforce HCM environment and elevate the way we manage, report and optimise our workforce data. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, enjoys solving complex configuration challenges, and is passionate about delivering accurate, meaningful insights that support great decision‐making.
You'll be responsible for the configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of Dayforce, including payroll‐related setup, release management, reporting, analytics and the rollout of talent modules. You'll partner closely with People & Culture, Payroll, IT and external vendors to ensure our systems run smoothly, data remains reliable, and new features are implemented effectively. You'll also lead the development of workforce reporting, dashboards and compliance submissions, ensuring IMB has timely, accurate and actionable people insights.
What you'll be doing
* Administer and optimise Dayforce across Core HR, WFM, Payroll and Talent modules
* Manage system releases, patches, testing and documentation
* Build and maintain workforce reports, dashboards and data extracts
* Support payroll accuracy through correct system configuration and troubleshooting
* Lead data submissions including WGEA, salary surveys and HR metrics
* Drive continuous improvement, automation and process enhancement across P&C
* Provide guidance to the team on data, reporting and system use
What you'll bring
* Experience administering a cloud‐based HRIS or payroll system (Dayforce highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of how configuration impacts payroll outcomes
* Experience with pay rules, workflows, security roles and release cycles
* Ability to build and interpret reports, queries and workforce data (SQL experience ideal)
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to change control
* A collaborative mindset, problem‐solving capability and passion for data‐driven insights
