About the role
In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the project the project works engaging with site leaders the business and other key stakeholders to achieve the projects and business position performs a crucial role in coordinating all administrative aspects of the project.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated has a high level of attention to detail and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Location & Hours
Gladstone based role
Monday to Friday - 48 hours
Responsibilities
Raising purchase orders
Processing invoices
Daily activity sheets (including timesheets)
Establishing controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and records
Efficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondence
Data entry
Stock and inventory control
General administration duties for the project team.
Other relevant duties as may be required from time to time; and
To be successful you will have :
Minimum 3-5 years experience in administration
Experience in the construction industry (desirable)
Advanced competency with Microsoft Office - Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
Excellent time management workload prioritisation organisation and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driver Licence
Construction Card (blue or white)
