Una Kids Early Learning and Kindergarten is launching a brand-new, purpose-built centre in Highfields — and we're inviting passionate Early Childhood Teachers, Lead Educators, and Educators to join our founding team.
This purpose-built service features light-filled rooms, each fully equipped with brand new furniture and resources to create inspiring learning spaces from day one.
At its heart is a breathtaking nature atrium with a grand tree, and an imaginative farm-themed playscape filled with delightful surprises - all designed to spark curiosity and create inspiring learning experiences.

About Una
We are a family-owned, quality-driven organisation with 8 services across Brisbane, Gladstone and the Sunshine Coast, including several rated as Exceeding under the National Quality Standard. We care for children aged six weeks to five years, including an approved Kindergarten program.

Nature, Animals & Outdoor Learning
Our programs embrace nature-based learning for all age groups - not just Kindergarten. We bring animals into our environments, including barnyard animals, aquariums, and reptiles, to foster empathy, responsibility, and respect for all living things. Our outdoor spaces are natural extensions of the classroom, encouraging exploration and connection to Country.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
* Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF
* Demonstrated knowledge of safe sleep practices
* Child Protection and Food Safety certifications, or willingness to obtain
* Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
* Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
* A genuine passion for nature-based early childhood education
