We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Delta FM QLD team. You will work with our committed Delta FM maintenance team at our hospital site in South Brisbane maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical and various other systems within a complex environment. Key duties Reports directly to the Electrical Supervisor Ensure continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice. Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines Prioritise and attend to urgent requests Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments. Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works Lighting control systems maintenance including DALI Ensure external suppliers provide a prompt and efficient service About you: Holds a QLD Electrical Trade Qualification A solid understanding of LV, generator control system, UPS systems, BMS and energy management. Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations.
