Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant environment.
* Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognised culinary institution preferred.
* Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and hands-on approach to management.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.
