Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Control Systems Engineer based in Perth, WA. The Control Systems Engineer will be responsible for estimating, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting control systems, ensuring reliable operation and optimal performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting process evaluations, developing control systems designs, performing system integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. The role also involves providing technical support and assisting with system upgrades or modifications.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years hands‐on experience in Process Control and Control Systems Design, in particular Siemens 1200/1500 PLC, A8000 RTU.
* Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts and Systems Engineering
* Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues
* Proficiency in working with SCADA and communication systems is preferred
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, mechatronics engineering, or a related discipline
* Project management or client‐facing experience is a plus
