We're looking for a passionate Pharmacist In-Charge to join our high performing Pharmacist team on a Permanent Full-time basis based in our new facility in Caringbah.
Monday to Friday Working Roster.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Play a key role in setting up our new facility by actively contributing to the setup project
Oversee the pharmacy operations at Bova Australia including monitoring internal pharmacy processes and operations.
Delegate authority as necessary to ensure that all responsibilities of this position of Pharmacy operations are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform all the responsibilities of a Pharmacist as required.
Ensure that all information provided to clients by staff is consistent and correct and fits within the internal policy and prior training.
Demonstrate an excellent ability to work on a multidisciplinary level with compounding technicians and administrative staff to accomplish overall business and organizational goals.
Interpret and dispense complex and varied prescriptions accurately.
Generate labels for dispensing of drugs to clients with accurate and clear instructions for use.
Interpret certificate of analysis for calculating the amount of ingredients required and safety data sheet to identify hazard to staff and clients.
Ensure ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations; ensure that Bova Australia meets or exceeds accreditation standards; and implement "best practice" in all pharmacy activities.
What you will bring to our Family
A passionate to help animals is a must.
Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and current Australian Pharmacy Registration (AHPRA).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Be able to work effectively and efficiently within and team environment.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Experience in compounding is considered advantageous, but not essential as training is provided.
