In the role of Retail / Warehouse Assistant, your main goal is to provide outstanding service in our showroom, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and medical professionals. Your dedication to customer service and expertise in our products will be crucial in boosting sales and helping clients discover the perfect solutions. We also provide a shipping option and some orders will be required to be picked from our warehouse and shipped with an external carrier and also delivered with our own van.
This role is Full Time with Immediate Start.
Qualifications & experience
* Knowledge of medical consumables. This could be from a previous sales, nursing or other role (Adv)
* Must have Customer Service experience
* Must have great communication skills
* Confident using computers, tablets, POS and Apps. Be able to learn new systems quickly
* Pick and Pack Experience
* Being able to multitask and be efficient
* Must have excellent attention to detail
* Have excellent problem-solving skills
* A fun, bright and friendly personality
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Answer telephone queries and provide assistance to clients
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and family members to offer customised solutions
* Accurately processing orders
* Receiving stock, picking, and shipping orders
* Delivering local orders
* Maintain the presentation of the store and warehouse
