Elliot Gardens a vibrant coastal community that blends resort-style amenities with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Nestled in the leafy surrounds of Port Elliot, this village offers residents a relaxed lifestyle enriched by nature, connection, and convenience. As a cleaner, you will contribute to the overall upkeep of the village, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation across all communal and shared spaces. Reporting to the Village Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all communal areas are clean, tidy and presentable. Such areas will include offices, leisure areas, bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas - Cleaning homes after residents have exited and before new residents enter the village - Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate team to ensure prompt resolution - Supporting the upkeep of outdoor communal areas such as patios, walkways, and garden seating areas by sweeping, tidying, and removing debris - Being mindful of residents' comfort and privacy while working in shared spaces - Maintaining a friendly and respectful demeanour, contributing to a positive atmosphere within the village. Shifts - Monday: 7:30am to 11:30am - Wednesday: 7:30am to 11:30am - Friday: 7:30am to 11:30am About You - Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in aged care, hospitality, healthcare, or similar environments - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Exceptional reliability and punctuality - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also being a proactive team player - Strong attention to detail, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard - A strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment, including safe handling and usage - To have a current First Aid and CPR certificates, or be willing to obtain Please submit your resume and cover letter to the link below.
