Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated administrative professional to support our business development team.
About the Role
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating tender documentation, maintaining project records, and providing essential administrative support that contributes to the success of our business development function and the broader business.
* Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and tender documentation.
* Coordinate review meetings and maintain tender registers, templates, and capability documents.
* Maintain accurate electronic filing and document control systems.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
* Provide general administrative assistance to the Business Development Manager and team.
About You
You are an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting tender and project delivery. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage competing priorities make you an ideal candidate for this role.
* 5+ years' administrative experience, ideally within civil construction, infrastructure, or professional services.
* Strong organisational and document control skills with a high standard of accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
