Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$170,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Rock PeopleA well-funded listed exploration company with a significant & very promising tenement package in Central NSW currently seeks a Senior Project Exploration Geologist.Reporting to the Exploration Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing field activities including geochemistry programs, RC/AC/DD programs, core logging, QAQC, stakeholder management including land access, contractor supervision, and more.This permanent role will ideally be based in Central West NSW (e.g., Dubbo, Orange, Parkes, Forbes) with campaign-based travel, but Sydney can be considered. An attractive remuneration package including incentives is provided (circa $170K-$200K including super and equity incentives). You'll be working on one of the most promising greenfields Au-Cu focused projects in NSW with great prospectivity and excellent mentoring from a highly regarded executive & technical team.The ideal candidate will be a tertiary qualified geologist with a strong background in greenfields base/precious metals exploration (e.g., 5-10 years post-graduate experience), including solid orogenic gold experience.
