Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating property and tenancy functions, planning, delivering and reporting of designated projects. This role requires extensive experience in facilities, assets or project management, as well as ability to acquire a NT Ochre Card and satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate property and tenancy functions.
* Plan, deliver and report on designated projects.
* Provide relevant financial and compliance reporting to staff and external parties.
* Procure and coordinate freight services as per policy.
* Travel to 13 communities to conduct training sessions for staff as required.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in facilities, assets or project management.
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Project Management.
* Ability to acquire a NT Ochre Card and satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
* Current driver's licence.
