Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facility Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational performance of our venue, preparing and maintaining event surfaces, and planning work for operational staff.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure maintenance is identified, prioritised and appropriate action is taken
* Prepare and maintain warm-up and competition surfaces to suit various event requirements
* Prepare the venue's operational needs for each event client/hirer
* Plan, programme and review work for operational staff to ensure safe, efficient and effective service delivery
* Ensure completion of necessary administration records
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* National Driver's Licence and/or MR Driver's Licence
* Certificate IV (Trade Qualifications) in a field relevant to the accountabilities of the position
* Facility or farm experience
* Forklift (LF) licence
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive:
* A salary range of Grade 12 – $1,****** – $1,****** per week plus 12% superannuation
* Ordinary hours of work are a spread of hours not exceeding 152 hours in any four-week period
* Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements
