We are currently an experienced Supply Officer tojoin our supply team at our Woodie Operations, situated 407kms south - east of Port Hedland.
Reporting to the Supply Team Leads the successful applicant will be required to:
Support and assist department managers, supervisors and personnel with the effective procurement and warehousing of parts;
Ongoing review, maintenance and updating of catalogued items;
Safely unload / backload freight trucks, ensuring all freight is reconciled against the manifest;
Accurately & efficiently receipt goods into the purchasing system;
Ensure all items are stored in the appropriate areas;
Pick and issue sales orders in accordance with procedures;
Assist with over the counter enquiries and requests;
Perform stock takes as and when required;
Maintain and develop professional and effective working relationships with key stakeholders including site management, head office personnel, various departments and key suppliers and contractors;
Requirements to be successful in this role:
Previous supply officer experience working in mining environment;
Previous experience as supply officer working in mining environment;
High level of computer literacy, particularly Pronto and Microsoft office suite;
Sound understanding of Supply chain management & inventory management processes;
High level communication skills;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
HRW Licence forklift (LF);
HRW Licence (CN & DG) (desirable).
