The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our Gosford Head Office team. This is a high-impact, phone-based sales role focused on generating new business, reactivating accounts, and driving product awareness across our portfolio.
There is an opportunity to mix phone sales & \"On the Road\" based sales for the fit person.
You’ll be speaking directly with venue owners, managers, and buyers—introducing them to our range, securing orders, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Outbound calling to bars, pubs, restaurants, and bottle shops
* Introduce and sell our product portfolio which has multiple brands
* Generate new accounts and reactivate existing customers
* Promote weekly deals, new releases, and limited stock opportunities
* Update CRM with call activity and sales progress
* Work closely with the sales team on campaigns and supplier activations
What We’re Looking For
* Confident communicator with strong phone presence
* Sales experience preferred (hospitality or beverage industry a bonus)
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Ability to handle objections and close sales
* Organised and comfortable using CRM systems
* Passion for craft beer, wine, or hospitality is highly valued
