ATC Work Smart (RTO 51929) is a not-for-profit RTO and Group Training Organisation delivering high-quality training across regional Western Australia.
We are expanding in Albany and are seeking experienced First Aid Trainer/Assessors to join our team.
This is a well-supported delivery role with consistent work and strong operational backing, allowing you to focus on what matters most. Delivering engaging, high-quality training.
The opportunity
You will deliver nationally recognised first aid programs, including:
* HLTAID009
* HLTAID011
* HLTAID012
Delivery is practical and face-to-face, working across:
* Community learners
* Workplace clients
* Early childhood and education settings
Training is delivered at our Albany facility and at client sites across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Deliver engaging, practical first aid training sessions
* Assess learners in line with training package and regulatory requirements
* Deliver training at our facility and onsite with clients
* Maintain training equipment and safe, compliant environments
* Complete assessment and reporting requirements accurately and on time
* Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery
What you'll bring
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116, TAE40122 or equivalent)
* Current First Aid qualifications (Advanced First Aid highly regarded)
* Experience delivering first aid training within an RTO environment
* Strong understanding of current ARC resuscitation guidelines
* Ability to engage and support adult learners in practical settings
* Strong organisation and reliability
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
