As a Domestic Assistant with Bolton Clarke, you will enjoy flexible hours, purposeful work, and the chance to build genuine connections with clients in your local community. This role will be based in and around Mackay with candidates required to be available a minimum of 4 days per week.
About The Role
As a Domestic Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Home Care clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your work will help promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual preferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, bed making, dusting, wiping surfaces, and spot cleaning
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, windows, and floors (sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping)
Occasionally providing transport for clients to attend outings, appointments, shopping trips, or respite activities
Monitoring clients' wellbeing and promptly reporting any changes to your team leader
Communicating clearly and respectfully to foster strong teamwork
Accurately completing all required documentation in a timely manner

What do we need from you?
Own vehicle and Australian Driver licence
First Aid & CPR
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
Cleaning experience highly regarded
