Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and highly organized Executive Assistant to support Revie Jane—founder, content creator, and entrepreneur—as she develops an exciting new project set to disrupt the wellness and tech space. This role is ideal for a proactive young professional eager to immerse themselves in social media, business, project management, and technology. You will be the right hand to someone who moves fast, dreams big, and works with heart. No two days will be the same, and the opportunities for growth and exposure are exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Administration Support:
o Provide daily executive support to Revie Jane.
o Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
o Maintain all administrative systems (invoices, documents, timelines, etc.)
2. Project Coordination and Management:
o Assist with organizing and coordinating online course content and platforms.
o Support general project coordination and campaign schedules.
o Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
o Coordinate locations, timing, and talent for photoshoots/content days.
o Manage external communications with talent, media partners, and internal team.
3. Community and Brand Management:
o Coordinate Revie’s brand partnerships.
o Identify opportunities for community participation.
o Organize community events, meetups, and online activations.
Qualifications
* Experience in administration, executive support, or similar roles.
* Tech-savvy with confidence in digital tools and platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
* Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.
* Interest in social media, wellness, fitness, or personal development.
Skills
* Experience with Shopify preferred.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Genuine eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Self-managed time and workload.
* Strong computer skills and quick learner of new programs.
* Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
