Position Details
Job Types: Casual, Part Time, and to progress to Full Time if suitable
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 15-24 hours per week
Work Location: Lane Cove & Centennial Park, NSW (In-person) + other venues as per event requirements
Schedule: Ideally Monday & Thursday (can be flexible with weekdays); weekend availability is essential (typically Saturdays and/or Sundays for classes)

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and production functions across the business
- Assist in planning and delivering premium events and classes
- Provide hands‐on kitchen support during classes and events, including preparation, plating, cleaning, and stock coordination
- Coordinate logistics, stock movement, and event setup across multiple venues
- Maintain weekly inventory of event equipment and retail stock
- Keep office, storage, and event areas organised and ready for use
- Manage post‐event tasks: replenishing kits, restocking, and preparing for future sessions
- Coordinate sourcing and distribution of supplies, ingredients, and sponsor materials
- Assist in scheduling staff and ensuring class requirements are met
- Support weekly team communication, logistics updates, and feedback reporting
- Assist with event setup, guest check‐in, and on‐site coordination
- Provide back‐of‐house kitchen support including prep, plating, cleaning, and resetting between sessions
- Conduct stock checks and assist with venue pack‐down and restocking after events
About You
- Previous experience in operations, events, or hospitality (recent graduates with relevant experience are welcome)
- Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to multitask effectively
- Confident communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Reliable, proactive, and detail‐oriented
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Physically capable of supporting hands‐on kitchen and event setup tasks
- Weekend availability required
- Valid driver's licence required
- Willingness to travel 100%
- Work authorisation: Australian resident preferred
