Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking efforts.
* Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
* Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and introduce Zone IT Solutions' offerings.
* Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the lead generation process.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
* Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
Key Qualifications
* Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally in the recruitment or IT services sector.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
