**About the role**
This is a well establish NFP organisation based in Sydney's Crows Nest area, and also within walking distance from St. Leonard's station. This is role will be best suited to someone who has experience working with small businesses, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable using general CRM's.
**This is an on going contract position with an immediate start.**
**The Responsibilities**
Reporting into the CEO, this role will be responsible for:
- Provide assistance and admin support to the committee.
- Organise committee meetings and events
- Manage all office administration duties including reception, organising travel, and ensuring the office is maintained.
- Take minutes of key meetings and events
- Keep members up to date and informed about updated and news across the business.
- Taking phone calls from members regarding renewals
- Process payments and update contact details in CRM
- Any ad-hoc info
