We're seeking a hands‐on, results‐oriented Creative Leadto own the visual identity, creative production, and digital experience across all marketing channels. This role combines individual design and production work (80%) with strategic leadership and planning (20%) to deliver high‐quality brand expression across social, ads, events, photo/video, collateral, product branding, sales enablement, and our website. The ideal candidate ensures our brand is consistently represented, tells clear and compelling stories, and contributes to measurable improvements in engagement and market perception.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Printed & Digital Marketing Materials
Assemble, design, and distribute collateral (brochures, one‐pagers, case studies, slide decks, videos that simplify complex information, strengthen brand recognition, and support the customer journey.
2. Advertisement Creation
Design and develop ads that clearly communicate our value proposition within seconds, capture attention, and drive specific actions—reinforcing brand identity and message clarity.
3. Event Booth Design
Own booth graphics design to create an immersive, differentiated presence.
4. Photo / Imagery
Plan, direct, and execute photo/video needs. Organize shoots and request imagery from internal/partner teams, documenting requirements precisely. Ensure brand alignment, production quality, and asset optimization for use across channels.
5. Product Logo / Branding
Provide design options and recommendations for product ranges and applications
6. Website Design
Own look, feel, UX, and ongoing content/design updates. Partner with stakeholders to keep the site current, high‐performing, and aligned to campaigns and product priorities.
7. Social Channels
Maintain a steady posting cadence with topical, high‐value content that shares meaningful insights, showcases our people, and highlights the impact we create for customers worldwide.
8. Team Leadership
Lead, manage, and develop a small creative/production team. Prioritize safety, productivity, and efficiency; improve processes; mentor designers/contractors to deliver on time and at a high standard.
QUALIFICATIONSEssential
* 3+ years in graphic design with a portfolio spanning ads, web, event environments, and multimedia production.
* Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier PRO, After Effects).
* Experience and a willingness to experiment with AI tools
* Video editing and capture including photography.
* Basic UX/UI experience. Email marketing (e.g. Campaign Monitor).
* Proven ability to transform complex, technical concepts into clear, visual narratives.
* Experience producing for both digital and print (high resolution and press‐ready files, color management).
* Basic level hands‐on web design experience (custom‐built static website collaborating with web developer for a better UX/UI experience).
* Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
* Experience in B2B marketing
