**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
You will be working 3-4 days per week, primarily with the Project Manager and the on-site team. The main goal of the company regarding your employment is to provide you insight into the full cycle of various construction projects, which will in turn provide you the skills to work autonomously and confidently in the future. You will be inducted into the business with the intention of developing your exposure in Contracts Administration, Estimating, Project Management, Site Management, and more.
**DUTIES.**
- Gain exposure to financial and cost reporting/progress
- Lean how to process progress claims
- Understand variations & RFI's
- Develop your knowledge in scope of works, and tender packages
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- A strong willingness to learn and grow within the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally you are a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year Bachelor of Construction Management student
