Role Description
TREND Building Surveyors is seeking a full-time Building Surveyor to join our team on-site in Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you will conduct condition surveys, oversee building compliance assessments, perform feasibility studies, manage contracts, and handle dilapidation inspections. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring that projects meet industry standards and stakeholder expectations while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys
* Experience in executing Feasibility Studies and delivering well-informed reports
* Strong skills in Contract Management and overseeing project compliance
* Expertise in managing and generating Dilapidation surveys and reports
* Ability to interpret and apply relevant building codes and regulations
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field
* Registration or eligibility to be registered as a Building Surveyor in Victoria
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
